1.Rotor diameter and length
Impact crusher rotor diameter size is generally related to the size of the feeding block.When the material is broken, it needs to have enough shock energy.In other words, rotor diameter is required to have a certain size.Rotor diameter is too small, impact energy is not enough, can not be broken materials;If the rotor diameter is too large, the energy consumption will be large, which is unfavorable for energy conservation.
The relationship between rotor diameter and particle size can be determined according to the following empirical formula:
D is the diameter of the rotor, mm;D is the maximum block size, mm.Small crusher should take a larger value;Large crushers should be small value
The rotor length mainly depends on the production capacity of the crusher.The ratio of rotor length L to diameter D is generally 0.5 to 1.2.When L/D value is small, the stability of the body structure is poor. This kind of machine can only be used for small hardness of materials.Processing capacity is not high single rotor impact crusher, but L/D value is too large, the body rigidity will become worse.
2. Number of board hammers
The more plate hammers, the more blows per rotor turn, the better the crushing effect, but too much will make the manufacture more complicated and consume more materials.Generally, the number of plate hammers is determined according to the diameter of the rotor.
When the rotor diameter is smaller, the number of plate hammers is less.Usually, 3 plate hammers can be installed when the rotor diameter is less than 1m.When the rotor diameter is 1m ~ 1.5m, 4 ~ 6 plate hammers can be installed.Rotor diameter is 1.5m ~ 2m.It can be equipped with 6 ~ 10 board hammers.When material is hard and crushing ratio is large, the number of plate hammer can be more.
3. Feed guide plate inclination Angle
Impact crusher material is along the guide plate into the crushing cavity, so guide plate inclination beta is an important parameter.The smaller the beta Angle is, the slower the material slides down the guide plate, and the material can be broken sufficiently to obtain good product quality.
However, too small inclination beta will affect productivity and even produce stacking phenomenon.The larger the inclination Angle is, the faster the material slides down along the guide plate, which is beneficial to improve the crushing efficiency.In addition, the Angle is large, the crusher height to increase.The inclination Angle is generally between 45 and 60°. If other conditions allow, it is advisable to take a small inclination Angle.
When selecting guide plate inclination Angle, the relationship between material slide guide plate and plate hammer should also be considered.If the material slides out of the guide plate (leaves the unloading point) and the plate hammer has not yet arrived (the plate hammer lags), and the material has not yet slipped out of the guide plate and the plate hammer is just in place, and does not meet the material (the plate hammer leads), the crushing effect is not good.It is best that the material slides out of the guide plate and meets the plate hammer at the same time, and the crushing effect is best at this time.
4. The suspension position of the counter plate
There are many parameters of the impact plate suspension position, which have the greatest impact on the performance of the crusher (take the impact plate suspension position of the first stage of the second impact plate as an example).
The first stage of the counter plate suspension position parameters are x, y, delta, theta and delta.As shown in the figure.
X and y are the starting points of the first section of the first level counterattack board.If x and y are too large, the distance of material running will be too long. The speed and momentum of material hitting the plate will decline due to the resistance, and the crushing effect is not good.X and y are too small.Material acceleration time is short, not reach the maximum speed and momentum on the impact of the plate, not conducive to crushing.
Therefore, should be based on the crusher rotor diameter D, feed guide plate dip Angle beta, impact Angle a reasonable choice of mushroom x, y.Generally, x=(0.15-0.35)D, y=(0.70-1.20)D.The greater the value of alpha and beta, the greater the relative value;Alpha and beta values are relatively small;Large crushing particle size, hardness is large value.
Delta is the Angle between the outside circle tangent of the hammer and the vertical line of the counter plate, that is, the Angle between the direction of the movement of the material hitting the counter plate and the vertical line of the counter plate.According to the collision theory, delta =0° will be used when the material will collide with the counter plate perpendicular to the surface of the counter plate, that is, the maximum force will be exerted when the counter plate is colliding, so the crushing effect will be better and the liner plate will wear less.
To ensure that the rotor movement to different positions when the material and impact plate are vertical collision, the impact plate curve should be a involute, but the involute is difficult to manufacture, so the impact plate is often broken line and arc two forms instead.So, for the non-involute counter plate, delta is equal to 1 or 2 degrees in order for the collision to be positive at different points.
Among the parameters of impact crusher, the suspension position of impact plate has the greatest influence on the performance of the crusher.After the equipment selection, other parameters have been determined.
