The kiln system comprises a preheater, an decomposing furnace, a rotary kiln, a cold-cooling machine, a connecting pipeline and an auxiliary device thereof, wherein the raw material grinding system and the coal grinding system also directly influence the operation of the kiln. When an emergency occurs, the operation shall first take into account the safety of the field personnel and equipment, and then notify the inspector, the electrician and the dispatcher to deal with it immediately. Meanwhile, the effective measures shall be taken to minimize the stop time and to provide the time for the on-site emergency repair.

The emergency situations that may occur in the kiln system can be divided into three categories, one is the equipment tripping, the other is the material blocking and the material breaking, the third is the abnormal temperature of the parameter, the negative pressure, the equipment alarm and the super-current, the temperature is high, and the vibration value is high.

1 equipment jump and stop


1.1 High-temperature fan stop


(1) stop the kiln head coal, prevent the kiln head from tempering and burning the high temperature lens, and harm the kiln head personnel. (2) close the hot air valve of the coal mill to prevent the fire and explosion of the coal grinding system. (3) the central control closes the air exhaust valve and notifies the site to check the air exhaust valve, stop the material, stop the kiln tail coal, greatly reduce the kiln speed (adjusted according to the kiln current), and prevent serious material channeling. (4) reduce the rotating speed of the grate cooler fan, reduce the speed of the exhaust fan, Adjust the negative pressure of kiln head; (5) notify the site personnel to stay away from the kiln head, oblique chain bucket ditch and so on. (6) notify the waste heat power generation adjustment valve, if the valve is adjusted, if the electric dust collection temperature of the kiln head is high and open the cold air valve and root in time Adjust the spray gun according to the outlet temperature of the humidifying tower, open the booster pump and overflow winch. When the ash content of the humidifying tower is too high, do not enter the warehouse, when the ash discharge is caught into a group by hand, it should be discharged outside. After stopping the material, the outlet temperature of the humidifying tower is below 180 ℃, so as to stop spraying water to prevent the wet bottom. (7) after the system is adjusted normally, the kiln head rotor is opened. 8) notify the electrician and the post worker to carry on the inspection; Notify the dispatcher that if the fault can be eliminated for a short time, the kiln head small coal quantity, the kiln low speed continuous operation, keep the kiln tail temperature about 800 ℃, C1 grade outlet temperature should not be too high, high temperature fan inlet temperature not more than 350 ℃. (9) if the fault can not be eliminated for a short time, it can not be eliminated for a short time. All his operations were shut down in the normal order of parking.

Special considerations:


(1) The high-temperature fan shall stop the operation of the raw material vertical mill in time, so as to prevent the material layer from being unstable due to the change of the wind speed of the raw material, which causes the problem of large vibration amplitude of the mill.

(2) if there is material channeling, notify the kiln head, grate cooler, trench and other places to leave the scene to prevent personal accidents.

(3) after the occurrence of material channeling, clinker should be changed into the central storehouse in time for matching use.

(4) When the temperature in the kiln is higher, the coal shall be supplied before turning the kiln, and the personnel shall not be stopped before the kiln door is covered, so as to prevent the coal dust from explosion and temper.

(5)When the moisture content of the humidification tower is too high, it shall not be put into the warehouse, and the ash discharge shall be discharged when the ash is gripped by hand. After the material is stopped, the outlet temperature of humidification tower is lower than 180℃, and water spraying shall be stopped to prevent wet bottom.

1.2 rear exhaust fan jump and stop


The main contents are as follows: (1) stop material, stop kiln tail coal, reduce kiln speed, reduce high temperature fan speed, adjust grate cooler fan speed to ensure kiln head negative pressure. Close the air dissipation valve on the inclined slot of the kiln in time to prevent positive pressure burning tarpaulins and tape.

(2) stop material grinding system, open the valve of high temperature fan into humidification tower, close the hot air valve of raw material vertical mill, and carry on the reverse air operation.

(3) notify the personnel at the scene to stay away from the kiln head, slant chain Doudi ditch and other places.

(4) gradually reduce the amount of coal fed at the kiln head and reduce the air volume of the primary fan.

(5)Notify the regulating valve of waste heat power generation. After the valve is adjusted, if the temperature of electric dust collection at the kiln head is high, timely open the cold air valve and adjust the spray gun according to the outlet temperature of the humidification tower, open the booster pump and overflow winch. When the moisture content of the humidification tower is too high, it shall not be put into the warehouse, and the ash shall be discharged out when the ash is gripped by hand. After the material is stopped, the outlet temperature of humidification tower is lower than 180℃, and water spraying shall be stopped to prevent wet bottom.

(6) notify the electrician and the post worker to carry on the inspection; inform the dispatcher that if the fault can be eliminated for a short time, the kiln head small coal quantity, the kiln low speed continuous operation, keeps the kiln tail temperature about 800 ℃, the C1 grade outlet temperature cannot be too high, the high temperature fan inlet temperature does not exceed 350 ℃.

(7) if the fault can not be eliminated for a short time, all other operations will stop in the normal stop order.


1.3 failure of coal feeding system at kiln head


(1)Proper material reduction, slow kiln and high-temperature fan to draw air and low-load production, so as to prevent the material from moving in the kiln.

(2) Inform the post engineer and the electrician to quickly find the cause of the failure and inform the dispatcher.

(3) Inform the framework engineer to pay special attention to the fluctuation of the discharge valve of the blanking pipe due to the adjustment of the lower material quantity, so as to ensure the safety of the frame.

(4) notify the site personnel to stay away from kiln head, oblique chain Doudi ditch and other places.

(5) strictly control the temperature of calciner to prevent preheater crust blockage due to high temperature.

(6) at the same time, pay attention to the coal grinding temperature and adjust the cold and hot air valve in time.

(7)If the fault cannot be eliminated for 5 minutes, inform the frame worker to close the damper valve, stop the material, stop the kiln tail coal, reduce the kiln speed, reduce the rotating speed of the high-temperature fan, reduce the rear exhaust fan speed, adjust the rotating speed of the grate cooler fan to ensure the negative pressure of the kiln head.

(8) notify the waste heat power generation adjustment valve, after the valve adjustment, if the electric dust collection temperature of the kiln head is high and open the cold air valve in time and adjust the spray gun according to the outlet temperature of the humidifying tower, open the booster pump and overflow winch. When the ash content of the humidifying tower is too high, do not enter the warehouse, when the ash discharge is caught into a group by hand, it should be discharged outside. After stopping the material, the outlet temperature of humidifying tower is below 180 ℃, and water spraying should be stopped to prevent wet bottom.

(9) if the fault can not be eliminated for a short time, all other operations will stop in the normal stop order.

(10)Inform the coal vertical mill center controller to pay attention to the temperature change of each measuring point of the system.

1.4 failure of coal feeding system at the end of kiln


(1) Suitable materials for reducing material, slow kiln and high-temperature fan shall be used to draw wind, and the coal and low-load production of the kiln head shall be properly increased, and the inside of the kiln shall be prevented from running.

(2) notify post workers and electricians to find out the cause of failure quickly. Notify the dispatcher.

(3) Inform the framework engineer to pay special attention to the fluctuation of the discharge valve of the blanking pipe due to the adjustment of the lower material quantity, so as to ensure the safety of the frame.

(4) notify the site personnel to stay away from kiln head, oblique chain Doudi ditch and other places.

(5) Pay attention to the coal grinding temperature and timely adjust the cold and hot air valve.

(6) If the fault can not be excluded for 5 minutes, inform the framework to close the damper, stop material, lower the kiln speed, lower the rotating speed of the high-temperature fan, lower the rotating speed of the rear fan, adjust the fan speed of the cold-cooling machine, and ensure the negative pressure of the kiln head.

(7) notify the waste heat power generation adjustment valve, after the valve adjustment, if the electric dust collection temperature of the kiln head is high and open the cold air valve in time and adjust the spray gun according to the outlet temperature of the humidifying tower, open the booster pump and overflow winch. When the ash content of the humidifying tower is too high, do not enter the warehouse, when the ash discharge is caught into a group by hand, it should be discharged outside. 1.5 failure of kiln main motor


(1) the main motor jumps and stops immediately contact the electrician and the post worker inspection, restarts the failure to stop the material.

(2) notify the inspector in the kiln to hang the auxiliary transfer kiln, notify the frame worker to close the air dissipation valve, stop the material, stop the kiln tail coal, reduce the kiln speed, reduce the high temperature fan speed, reduce the exhaust fan speed, adjust the grate cooler fan speed to ensure the negative pressure at the kiln head.

(3) gradually reduce the coal feeding amount of the kiln head and reduce the air volume of the primary air fan.

(4) Inform the waste heat power generation to adjust the valve, after the valve is adjusted, open the cold air valve timely if the electric dust collection temperature of the kiln head is high, and adjust the spray gun, the open booster pump and the overflow reamer according to the outlet temperature of the humidifying tower. When the ash content of the humidifying tower is too high, it shall not be put into the warehouse, and the ash discharge shall be discharged when the ash is collected by hand. After stopping the material, the outlet temperature of the humidifying tower is lower than 180 ℃, and the water spray shall be stopped to prevent the wet bottom.

(5) Inform the post engineer and the electrician to quickly find the cause of the failure. Notify the dispatcher. If the fault can be eliminated for a short time, the small coal quantity of the kiln head and the low-speed continuous operation of the kiln are kept, the temperature of the kiln tail is kept at about 800 DEG C, the temperature of the C1 outlet can not be too high, and the inlet temperature of the high-temperature fan is not more than 350 DEG C.

(6) If the fault cannot be removed for a short time, all other operations shall be shut down in the normal parking sequence.

1.6 failure of grate cooler in first stage, second stage, third stage, crusher and inclined chain hopper


The main results are as follows: (1) when the first grate bed fails, the material is greatly reduced, the slow kiln is reduced, and the high temperature fan is pulled down; when the second grate bed and inclined chain bucket fail, the material is properly reduced, the slow kiln is reduced, and the high temperature fan is lowered.

(2) inform the frame worker to pay special attention to the fluctuation of the remake valve of the feeding pipe because of the adjustment of the blanking quantity, so as to ensure the safety of the frame.

(3) notify the kiln inspector to hit the grate cooler air gun and properly increase the blast volume of the grate cooler.

(4) strictly control the calciner temperature, prevent the preheater crust blockage due to the high temperature, properly reduce the kiln head coal, so that the kiln current and kiln end temperature should not be too high.

(5) notify the maintenance worker and the post worker to carry on the inspection, if the hydraulic pressure of one grate failure and the grate bed reaches 12 MPa (about 5 minutes) can not be ruled out, close the exhaust valve, notify the frame worker to stop the material, reduce the kiln speed, reduce the speed of the high temperature fan, reduce the speed of the exhaust fan, adjust the speed of the grate cooler fan and the excess fan, and ensure the negative pressure of the kiln head.

(6) notify the waste heat power generation adjustment valve, after the valve adjustment, if the electric dust collection temperature of the kiln head is high and open the cold air valve in time and adjust the spray gun according to the outlet temperature of the humidifying tower, open the booster pump and overflow winch. When the ash content of the humidifying tower is too high, do not enter the warehouse, when the ash discharge is caught into a group by hand, it should be discharged outside. After stopping the material, the outlet temperature of humidifying tower is below 180 ℃, and water spraying should be stopped to prevent wet bottom.

(7)If the fault can be removed in a short time, the kiln head has small coal quantity and continuous operation at low speed to keep the kiln tail temperature around 800℃, the outlet temperature of C1 cannot be too high, and the inlet temperature of high-temperature fan shall not exceed 350℃.

(8)If the fault cannot be removed in a short time, other operations shall be shut down according to the normal shutdown sequence.

(9) failure of the second grate: if the hydraulic pressure of the first grate reaches 12MPa (about 10 minutes), the fault can not be eliminated.

(10) failure of three grate, crusher, inclined chain hopper: if the hydraulic pressure of one grate reaches 12 MPa (about 15 minutes), the fault can not be eliminated, and the material can be stopped.
