The working environment of the crushing equipment is harsh, and a large amount of dust will be generated in the process of crushing materials. The failure of dust prevention will affect the working efficiency of the crusher, damage the lubrication system of the equipment, and reduce the service life of the equipment. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job in dust prevention.Jiangsu LVSSN would like to share four common ways of cone crusher as well as the case of cone breaking and dust prevention in mine.
1. Four ways to prevent dust
(1) water seal dustproof device
This dust protection is dependent on the annular water tank and the spherical ring fixed at the lower end of the conical drive.When the crusher is working, the spherical ring will block the dust and make it fall into the water. The water seal will flow into the water tank from the inlet pipe. When the water is full to the water tank, it will overflow to the outer annular water tank.
(2) rubber ring - water seal dust prevention device
Make an apron pair according to the inner side of the drive body of the cone crusher and the outer side of the bow-shaped bearing frame, install the cone apron on the bow-shaped bearing frame, install the cylindrical apron on the cone drive body, and ensure that the apron pair is in close contact in any direction.
When the crusher is working, the cylindrical rubber ring rotates and swings with the crusher, and the conical rubber ring on the bowl-shaped bearing frame is always tight with the cylindrical rubber ring under the action of elasticity.This prevents dust from entering.However, due to manufacturing and installation errors, very little dust into the tank.Therefore, the use of water seal dust.
This kind of dustproof is actually two dustproof, apron material must have good elasticity, abrasion resistance and heat resistance, at present this kind of rubber board is very few.Use ordinary rubber sheet or V belt, the service life is very short.
(3) water seal -- felt dust proof device
Select the industrial felt with a thickness of 3-8mm, fix the felt on the outer edge of the oil groove with pressing plate on the bowl-shaped bearing frame of the cone crusher.The height of the felt should be guaranteed to have a compression of 3-5mm.After the installation of felt, should be poured with lubricating oil to reduce the wear of felt.
This is also a kind of two-way dust prevention. In the water-sealed dust prevention device, most of the coarse dust has fallen into the water, and some of the fine dust flies into the place and is blocked by the felt, thus preventing the dust from entering the lubrication system.
This method is simple, good sealing effect and long service life.After several months of use, the bowl bearing is clean and free of fine sand and dust. The lubricating oil quality is basically unchanged and the felt is intact.
(4) foam dust prevention device
First remove the dustproof ring on the cone broken bowl bearing frame, and clean the annular back water tank, then select the appropriate thickness (generally larger than the width of the water tank 10~20mm) of foam plastic, cut into the "mouth" shape, its height to ensure the expansion of 20~30mm, with "309 glue" fixed in the back water tank.When the crusher is in operation, it relies on the elasticity of foam and always sticks to the spherical sphere, thus avoiding the possibility of dust entering.
2. Case of dustproof transformation
In a concentrator that daily processes 1500t of ore, the spherical bearing parts of its crushing system with 2 crushers are all equipped with rubber dustproof ring, and the dustproof inlet pipe and drain pipe are welded on the bearing block, and the water-seal dustproof device is set to prevent dust from entering into the spherical bearing and causing wear.
(1) existing problems of dust control
The original dustproof structure is shown in the figure below.After years of use, it is found that this dust control method has the following disadvantages:
1.1 due to the broken when moving cone with the rotation of the eccentric shaft sleeve do 18 ~ 20 times/min swings, sometimes with eccentric shaft sleeve synchronous speed up to 300 r/min, so wear rubber shield soon, when moving cone dust shields and rubber shield gap is greater than 1.5 ~ 3.0 mm, a large amount of dust driven cone along the dust under the baffle into water seal device, water seal of the tank and the drain plug, dust deposition in the water seal tank.
1.2 when the pressure inside the clear water pipe is large, the water flows through the oil baffle ring and enters the oil tank through the spherical bearing return oil pipe. Therefore, it is necessary to disassemble and unclog the water seal device and replace the lubricating oil in the oil tank, which not only increases the labor intensity of workers, but also causes a lot of waste.
(2) improvement of dust control
First remove the water seal feed line 10 and drain 1 in this picture, and then the ring on the spherical bearing 2 water seal tank with sodium calcium base grease seal heads, relying on the broken a spherical dust flap at the bottom of the cone 8 and spherical bearing seat ring groove in the sodium calcium base grease, dust through the rotation of the body will block or stick on sodium calcium base grease, dust to stop outside the spherical bearing.
(3) application effect
It is proved that the effect is better.
3.1 save water.
Two cone crushers can save 116.6t of water every day, 31482t of water every year, saving costs of nearly 100,000 yuan.
3.2 increase the amount of ore treated.
It solves the problem that dust often blocks the water seal groove and drain pipe, reduces the maintenance times and prolongs the starting time. 2 cone crushers deal with more than 490t ore every month and more than 4410t ore every year, increasing the annual benefit by more than 20,000 yuan.
3.3 save lubricating oil.
After changing the way of dustproof, it solved the oil change phenomenon caused by the water in the lubricating oil station, and saved 1620kg of lubricating oil and more than 10,000 yuan of cost every year.
3.4 energy saving.
Due to the removal of the water seal device, the startup time of the 2PNL vertical pump is reduced, and the electricity consumption is 72900kW·h every year, saving more than 30,000 yuan.To sum up, it can save the cost of 160 thousand yuan for the concentrator every year.
