    The high temperature clinker is unloaded from the kiln mouth to the grate bed, and under the reciprocating push of the grate plate, the high temperature clinker is distributed along the full length of the grate bed to form a material bed with a certain thickness. The cooling air blows into the material layer from under the material bed, permeates and diffuses, and cools the hot clinker. The cooling air after cooling clinker becomes hot air, high temperature hot air is used as combustion air into kiln and decomposition furnace (precalciner kiln system), some hot air can also be used for drying, and excess hot air will be discharged into the atmosphere after dust collection.
