The clean coal dryer is mainly composed of heat source feeding device belt feeder rotary drum belt discharge machine induced draft fan dust collector and distribution cabinet. The working principle of the equipment is as follows: because the material has a certain viscosity the wet material enters the drying drum and is divided into the following working areas:
First the wet material mud enters this area and rapidly evaporates the moisture in contact with the high temperature hot air. When the material is copied by the guide plate with large guide angle if the material is not bonded it will be introduced into the next working area.
Second pick up the cleaning area the wet material is copied up to form the material curtain state in this area when the material falls it is easy to form the phenomenon of bonding drum wall. In this area because the equipment is designed with a cleaning device the cleaning device reasonably cleans the material attached to the inner wall. In this process the cleaning device also plays a crushing role in the agglomeration of the material thus increasing the heat exchange area and improving the drying rate.
The third is the inclined lifting plate area the wet slime in this area has been in a low moisture loose state the material in this area has no bonding phenomenon after full heat exchange the material reaches the required moisture state and enters the final discharge area.
Fourth the discharge area the drum does not set up a copy board in this area the material rolls and slips to the discharge port in this area to complete the whole drying process.
